Quality Inn & Suites Big Spring

The parking lot and sidewalks were covered in ice and snow after a recent storm, and nobody had tried to shovel. The front desk checked us in and put us on the third floor, then told us the elevator was broken. Our room smelled, one towel had a strange stain, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. Glad I only had to stay one night.

Management here is horrific. I stayed 20 nights on a work trip, and my company had already paid for the rooms. Somehow management still charged my card for two nights, and I'm still waiting for a refund. The rooms were never cleaned despite my requests, and the towels were in terrible condition. I'm still waiting for my money back, manager!

I haven't stayed at a Choice hotel in almost five years. All the hotels within 50 miles were sold out or charging over $500 a night, so I checked into this Quality Inn. The room I was assigned was still dirty from the last guest. I came back down, and it took them a minute to figure out where to put me. The next room was okay, nothing special and could use a refresh. My one complaint is the pillows, which were the size of accent pillows even though the bed was king-sized. I can't say whether I'd stay again or recommend it.

I stayed six nights and never got fresh towels or clean linens. I asked several times to have the room cleaned and got several petty excuses. I will never stay here again. The manager and general manager need to wake up and get with the program. There's a photo attached of what was left in the room. They probably need to take these out because the information is false.
