It's so quiet here, you can't hear anything between rooms, which feels great at the end of the day. The staff were spot on, accommodating and pleasant, and housekeeping was wonderful. The grounds were great too. This is the best Quality Inn we've stayed at. Thanks for the hospitality and the pride you take in your hotel.

Beau and his wife are wonderful people, and they keep everything in great shape. I stayed here for two months as a travel nurse, along with most of the nurses on my assignment, since it was much better than the other Big Spring hotels. I tried Comfort Inn and Sleep Inn first and wasn't happy until I found Quality Inn and Suites. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfectly clean, and the gym and laundry were awesome. I'd happily stay here for either a short or long stay. This place is awesome!

This motel wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great for the $130 we paid for one night. My son walked around the room for five minutes and his feet were black from the disgusting floors. The shower glass had water spots, and the TV had splashes of who knows what on it. The man who checked us out barely spoke and didn't thank us for staying. Online, the price showed $87, but we were charged $130. It definitely wasn't worth it. Clean up, it's gross.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, better than some I've slept in at pricier hotels, and the room was clean and comfortable. It did smell a little like smoke, though I suspect that came from people smoking outside, and it wasn't overwhelming. The exterior looked pretty dated, but the furnishings and appliances weren't nearly as old as I'd expected. I booked online, a little worried because the rates were much lower than other hotels nearby, but I just needed a safe, quiet place to sleep for a few hours on a road trip. The hotel felt safe. Judging by all the work trucks in the lot, many guests seemed to work in construction or the oil industry. Don't expect extras like fresh cookies or mint water in the lobby, but it was a clean, safe spot to catch a few Zzzs.

The staff were exceptionally nice and seemed conscientious about looking after guests. Renovations are still underway, but they try to keep guests apart from the construction. I extended my Thursday stay through Sunday because of icy weather and it still didn't break the bank. The lot is relatively easy to access for trucks, too. My renovated room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and had new furnishings, except for the desk phone, which needed more cleaning. I don't use a landline anyway. This is an older motel with outside entrances, but the block walls muffle traffic and neighbors, unlike many newer places with frame walls and drywall, except in the bathrooms. The Wi-Fi was fast, and I could soak in the tub without wondering whether it was clean. The new bedding and pillows were very comfortable. I liked having an actual coffee pot, plus the usual mini fridge and microwave. My only complaint was the heat: although the unit was new, it didn't warm the cold laminate floor well until the next morning. To be fair, it was much colder than usual for the region. I miss carpeting, but laminate makes more sense these days. Value like this is why I'll stay here whenever I pass through Big Spring.
