The room’s AC was broken, the WiFi didn’t work, and I kept having to ask for fresh towels after several days. Trash sat in the hall for days without anyone cleaning it. Breakfast was awful: the eggs were watery, and even though I love waffles, I couldn’t eat theirs. Prices climbed to as much as $50 a day because they knew many of us were there for work. And if you’re African American, the manager running the hotel doesn’t want you there. Please stay away.

The staff were really friendly, and the place was clean with no bad smell. We got a very nice breakfast included for what we paid, which has me thinking I’d book here again next time. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, pleasant place with breakfast at no extra charge.

Rooms were clean and decent, and the hospitality was great. It’s easy to get to, and breakfast is provided. The place is dated and definitely isn’t a boutique hotel, but I had nothing to complain about and felt safe. For a quick business trip, the price made it the right choice.

For $102, I had a quiet, clean stay with no bugs. The mattress was firm, the pillows comfortable, and the towels clean. The AC worked through the night, though its performance was a little inconsistent. There was a faint urine smell that either faded or I got used to it, lol. Some carpet stains were visible, but they weren’t too bad. I checked Comfort and La Quinta, where I usually stay, and Sleep Inn worked fine.

Watch the bill carefully when booking. My $93 room came to just under $300, and I’ve never had anything like that happen in all the different hotels I stay at most weeks. The staff were nice, but it was still a terrible experience.
