The breakfast was disappointing, and the juice machine only dispensed water. The room itself looked mostly clean, but the bathroom towels weren't, so we didn't use them. We arrived around 9 PM, and I’ve had much nicer stays at other Comfort Inn locations.

Customer service felt completely given up on. I left, paid twice as much somewhere else, and was glad I did.

The water bottles in the room were a thoughtful touch, and breakfast was decent. The toilet water still looked like urine after flushing, though; I checked the tank and found it heavily coated in rust. Maybe that’s related to the water in Big Spring, but I’m not sure. I usually have great stays at Comfort Inn, but this one was a letdown. Check-in went fine. Since it was already about 9:30 pm, I showered first, then tried to watch TV. It wouldn’t turn on because it was unplugged. Once I plugged it in, a message said the HDMI cable was disconnected, and I couldn’t find it. By then it felt too late to deal with switching rooms.

For a good price, I got a decent room, a comfortable bed, and an actual breakfast. Well done!

The AC got nice and cold, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was great. The hotel could use an update, but that didn’t bother me. The city’s water problem means it isn’t clear, though it seemed safe to shower in. I’d recommend staying, just be cautious about the water. Thanks for the stay. 😊
