We were tired and didn't get to explore the neighborhood, but saw a little sunset and the mountains through the windows. Nobody bothered us, and the place was clean, well equipped, and spacious enough for two adults and one child. We stayed one night on the way to Red Lodge. Our hosts treated us simply and warmly, with smiles and respect. I'd readily recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, restful night.

After a local rodeo performance, I stayed one night and got the best sleep I've had in a long time. I woke to a mama cow lowing, then watched daybreak over the Crazy Mountains after making my way up a rise. Maybe it wasn't heaven, but I felt I could see it from there.
