Hampton Inn Boston Bedford Burlington

The breakfast team were easily the best part of our stay. They were friendly, professional, proactive, and greeted everyone warmly each morning. The location and rooms were good, but the service elsewhere was disappointing, so I wouldn’t recommend several nights here. Before booking, I checked that breakfast-to-go bags were available, and staff confirmed it again at check-in. But when I asked on Monday, Columbus Day, the night auditor said they only offer them on weekends. As I walked away with my child, he shouted after me asking what I wanted. That was very unprofessional. We also kept asking for our garbage bags to be replaced whenever housekeeping came, but it wasn’t done properly until our last night, when Sandra finally understood and took care of it.

We arrived in the middle of the night, and the staff were kind enough to offer bottled water. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

The staff were very nice, but the temperature controls made it hard to sleep. You can’t set the thermostat below a certain point, and the AC shuts off when you leave the room. If you’re comfortable sleeping at 70-75 degrees, this place may suit you. I need a colder room to sleep properly, like plenty of people do, so I’d avoid it. Wish I’d read the reviews about those thermometers before choosing this hotel.

The breakfast got crowded and was a little hard to navigate, though that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Our room was quiet even with lots of guests around, and the beds were comfortable. Everything seemed well cared for and worked as it should. The rooms were modern and clean. Highly recommend this hotel!
