The room was very clean, the bed cozy, and the coffee in the morning was great. You can use their microwave, too. The doors are noisy, but things were quiet overall. The cleaning lady was very nice, professional, and quiet. They made me feel welcome, and I liked the customer service enough to extend my stay by three nights. Great location, close to everything on foot. I’ll be back soon. :-)

I needed to stay nearby for work in the area and really liked this place. The staff are great, the location is convenient, and it’s unbelievably quiet despite being on a busy street. I had no issues with the room, including the air conditioning, heating, or hot water. I’d definitely recommend it.

This place was a nightmare after I booked through Expidia. The room smelled musty and moldy, and felt disgusting and hazardous. The odor was so strong it set off my asthma, and I needed my inhaler. My eyes burned and I felt dizzy. We asked for a refund as soon as we entered, but they refused. I paid $137.18 for that room, which is awful. Manager, please do the right thing. You know this isn’t okay unless you really think these are normal living conditions. It’s beyond bad, and it seems like they painted over the problems instead of fixing them. Spores were coming right through. I wish I’d taken more photos, because that cotton-like substance was everywhere. Shameful. Stay away from this disgusting place!

It was an affordable room close to the zoo, and we got the good night’s rest we wanted. The sheets were clean, the beds comfortable and quiet, the water hot and plentiful, and parking was free. The room was okay, but not well maintained. The exhaust fan didn’t work, the carpet was stained though clean, and there were only three outlets.
