Extended Stay America Suites Billings West End

The staff and management were always kind and ready to help whenever I needed something. It's a clean, welcoming place, close to plenty of fun things to do. I also liked that it was friendly for pets and kids without being noisy, and having a stovetop to cook on was a real plus.

I really appreciated that they kept smokers away from the main entrance. The room had plenty of table space and felt spacious. The fridge was a little unpredictable, sometimes too cold, but it kept everything cold, and that was my only real complaint. There was an issue with the shower pressure, but they moved me to another room without a problem. I had especially good interactions with Chris, Candy, and Hannah, and the other staff I spoke with were good too, just not as often. I stayed from Oct 5th to Oct 26th and would come back for the price, good conversation, and solid people.

Whenever I'm in Billings or just passing through, I like staying here. It's quiet and a bit off the beaten path, but there are good places to eat and drink right outside the door, so I can walk instead of driving. The staff are courteous too.

Our room was filthy, and I regretted not leaving for somewhere else. There was old food stuck to the floor, gross stains on the carpet, a broken dresser and light, and clumps of hair on the shower curtain. Someone had left the alarm clock on the floor behind the nightstand. I told my son not to walk around barefoot because the floors were so dirty. Even the hallway floor on the way to the room was dirty. When I saw the condition behind the counter at check-in, I should have skipped the night altogether. This place was disgusting.
