Hampton Inn & Suites Billings West I-90

The room was very clean, and I enjoyed the breakfast and pool. It was a wonderful stay overall, but the mattresses have clearly seen a lot of use and should be replaced.

Heather and the janitorial staff were so nice and helpful. My wife and I stayed almost a week, and Heather was always smiling, cheerful, and ready to help every day. We'd highly recommend the hotel. It also has a nice gym and pool, and the hot tub was clean and working.

I wouldn't recommend this place. My son woke up covered in bites, and bedbugs were found in his room. Management took no real responsibility, offering only a few dollars to wash clothes. A lot of his things were leather or outdoor work gear, including boots, so they couldn't be washed. They didn't comp his room either, and although they promised a call from management, he still hasn't heard from them.

We needed a convenient, safe stop on a cross-country drive, and this place worked well, especially with our dog. It's not a particularly attractive location, but convenience was what we wanted. The hotel seemed fairly new, the room was well priced and mostly spotless, the staff were nice, and the free breakfast was better than average. The pullout bed clearly hadn't been cleaned after a dog slept on it. Staff fixed it quickly and made things right, so I won't hold that too much against them. I'd give it 4.5 stars, rounded up to five since half stars aren't an option.
