On Valentine's Day, the staff left a rose on my door, which was really sweet. The customer service was great, and they gave good recommendations for nearby places. The hotel is on the edge of Chinatown, so there's lots of good food close by. It's an old building in the middle of the city, so traffic noise and people yelling outside at night come with the territory. They provide earplugs in the room. My floor squeaked a lot, though there's not much they can do about that. I also wish there were an electric kettle. They provide tea, but heating the water in the coffee maker makes it taste like coffee.

The building is very clean, and I felt safe with a security guard by the door around the clock. It's close to Chinatown, so there’s delicious Chinese food nearby. I love the WorldMark, and it’s a great option if you need a nice place to stay in the City.

The location worked well, and the room was very clean. Since San Francisco is noisy, they even had complimentary earplugs. We did have to wait an hour past check-in because housekeeping was short-staffed. The check-in staff were really nice and offered us a bottle of wine for the delay. The concierge pushed pretty hard for us to book a timeshare sales presentation. There’s no parking onsite, though garages are within walking distance.

Jayson & Chris at the concierge gave us great tips for enjoying our stay at WorldMark San Francisco. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Wyndham advertises free Wi-Fi as a member benefit for people who book with them, but the hotel wouldn't provide it, and Wyndham doesn't list any exceptions. You also can't use the TV without paying the Wi-Fi fee to connect it to your phone.
