Hilton Garden Inn Billings

An unexpected medical emergency brought me from another rural state to Billings for advanced care, and I needed somewhere that could handle an uncertain length of stay and my dog. The team at the Hilton Garden Inn made it feel like a home away from home, even though I was far from my own comforts. I’m deeply grateful. I’ve stayed in hotels and resorts around the world through my work in marketing and journalism, and I pay attention to the details behind the claims. This stay earned my highest praise. Every employee I met was dedicated and professional, with special thanks to Seth L., Shauna B., and Nicole W. at the front desk. Their compassion and attention made the stay remarkable. The amenities were excellent, and I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn in Billings.

It was easy to park, and the property is wheelchair accessible and kid-friendly. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, which made dinner simple. We didn’t have the energy to try the indoor pool or gym, but both are there. The night was a little pricey, though continental breakfast was included. After a long drive, we slept well in the clean, roomy room and comfortable king bed. The bathroom was tidy, with granite counters, good lighting, and a shower with solid water pressure. Having a microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig was handy. It felt like a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Billings, whether you’re passing through or spending a few days.

The south-facing room was peaceful and spotless, and the location worked well for a run on the BBWA Canal Corridor Trail. Seth at the front desk and the rest of the staff were especially hardworking and polite. We unwound by the outdoor fireplace after a long day. Thanks for making the trip so easy and restful.

There wasn’t a free breakfast, but we didn’t mind with so many food options nearby. The guest laundry was nice and reasonably priced, too. We had a great experience with the service, especially Seth, who found us a first-floor room that made taking our dog out easy. Since we were traveling with pets, we also got goody bags for them at check-in. The hotel was easy to reach from the highway, with plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Our room was a good size and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and there were different pillows to choose from. I haven’t slept this well on the whole trip. The hotel worked perfectly for us.
