Northern Hotel

I had dinner at TEN, and both the food and service were phenomenal. The dishes were flavorful and beautifully prepared, and it’s a real asset to the hotel. The hotel itself was spotless, which made me feel comfortable, and it was clear the staff take pride in their work and are well trained. Everyone I dealt with was warm and attentive, and requests were handled efficiently with a personal touch. The hospitality exceeded what I expected from arrival onward. I appreciated the stay and will definitely return to the Northern Hotel.

We were celebrating a friend’s 75th birthday, and the evening at TEN was incredible from start to finish. Chef Parker came out to talk through the features and explain what to expect. Sean and Kari took care of us, and the service was better than anything I’ve experienced in all my travels. We had great drinks and appetizers, then dinners everyone kept raving about. The chocolate cake at the end was phenomenal. The only downside was that the evening had to end. Thank you to TEN and the staff for making my friend’s birthday extra special!

There’s a diner on site with a great selection of breakfast dishes, and the food was good. The rooms are nicely decorated, though they felt a little small to me. This is an upmarket hotel in Downtown, with friendly staff and good service. There’s no in-room coffee, so you have to head to the lobby, where it’s available from 3:30am to 11:00am. That’s a bit inconvenient. I’d stay here again.

The location is very close to the airport, with good food downtown. The lounge is nice, and there’s an expensive dinner place attached, too. The rooms are small and older, though decently clean, and at $250 a night, I won’t stay again. There’s no breakfast included, so you have to pay at the attached diner. The price would have put me off quickly if the hotel weren’t so near the airport. It’s also in a rough part of downtown Billings, near the border between the ghetto and nightlife. Be careful walking at night.
