I’m Hispanic and my husband is American, and I felt a lot of hate from the front desk girl. She gave me fake smiles and was so rude. She called the cops on us for no reason and tried to get me kicked out. My husband was kicked off the property for no reason, even though he’s ill and we’d done nothing. We were only trying to get back into our room because we’d left our card inside. He has bad PTSD, and when I told her, she said she didn’t care. That was cold, awful customer service. I was shocked by the power she thinks she has, and that she still has a job there. Thank God, God is real and heard my prayers. I was able to keep the room we’d already paid for for a month. Even after he was kicked out, I still saw her at the desk at night or in the morning, and she gave me such an evil eye. I know she doesn’t like me. I wanted to bring my grandson over, but couldn’t at night because there’s a lot of illegal activity going on. Don’t book here. Don’t do it.

I feel safe and well looked after here. It’s quiet, and the hotel is always clean and well kept, which makes it a pleasant place to stay. Ms. Tina, the manager, has been so nice and understanding and has made things comfortable for me.

The location is behind and in front of TARGET, which is the only good thing about it. The area feels creepy, there’s dust everywhere inside the motel, and the elevator doesn’t work properly. The front desk clerk never smiled and was rude, with poor customer service. I was only there a few days. I’ll choose better next time in OKC.

The room was spotless, with a brand new fridge, microwave, and bed. It had just been completely remodeled, and I was the first person to stay in it. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Thanks for letting me check in early, tina.

We had to sweep, mop, and clean the counter and drawers before unpacking. The rooms were nasty, smelled like dog pee and something else, and had lots of dog hair. I wouldn’t stay there again.
