The front desk guy was really nice and accommodating, but the room reeked of smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. I couldn’t stay. It was gross, and honestly it felt more like the kind of hotel that rents by the hour. I never write reviews, but this place earned one. Don’t bother, find somewhere else.

The rooms are dated, though clean, and the lighting was good. It’s an adequate place for a stopover, but the service wasn’t very accommodating. There was only a tiny bit of toilet paper left, with no spare roll in sight, so I asked at the desk. The young woman searched around and still couldn’t find one. There wasn’t even a tissue box in the room.

Our rooms weren’t clean when we arrived, and check-in was a disorganized mess. Staff then tried to blame us dishonestly for something caused by their own negligence. Completely unprofessional. No self-respecting person should book here.

After a long day driving through a snowstorm, my father and I were stranded when our other hotel plans fell through. The staff here were so kind, and the rooms were exactly what we needed. You really came through for us. Thanks again!

The clerk was very nice, and the room was clean and pretty nice. I’d stay here again.
