A terrible place to rent or buy. Construction happens nearly seven days a week, so expect loud drilling and other noises around 7-8am every day. The fire alarm also goes off multiple times a month, and when it does, you never know whether it's a real emergency or a false alarm.

Gulf coast rentals are who to contact, and Shannon is the person to ask for. The condos are a lovely place to stay, and they make an effort to keep them updated.
