We had such a memorable stay at the IP Casino, largely thanks to LaSara, the reception desk assistant manager. She made a great impression from the moment we arrived, with a warm personality, real kindness, and professionalism. She seemed genuinely excited for us to enjoy our visit and made us feel welcome and valued right away. It's rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude. LaSara's excellent service will bring us back. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

The pool was the highlight for me. I loved how it was laid out and how high up it sat, and the poolside bar was awesome. The rooms were pretty and clean, with a great bay view. Everything felt fancy and looked beautiful. I went to the IP about a year ago on a girls trip, and loved it. It was my first time staying somewhere like that, and now I'm itching to go back. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good time, and can't wait to return for a couples trip with my fiance!

We didn't get to spend much time in the casino because we ran out of time, so that's another reason to return. This has officially become my go-to spot in the area, and next time I'll book two nights instead of one. It was my first stay here, and the whole staff were amazing to both my girlfriend and me. We were in Biloxi just two weeks earlier at a competitor's property, and the hospitality, friendliness, and overall experience here were far superior. Thanks to everyone who made our visit so enjoyable. We look forward to coming back soon!

Liviee has the sweetest spirit and is a real asset to the Boyd company. We've stayed here many times, but never had the kind of customer service we got today. She was great with us and helped us get a room upgrade. Keep up the great job!

Liviee was such a pleasure during my stay. I told her my husband and I wanted to relax more and that I was celebrating my birthday 🎂. She suggested the suite with a jacuzzi and pointed us to a steakhouse on the third floor. We really enjoyed the room and her local recommendations for places to eat.
