We had such a good time for our 10th anniversary and can't wait to return for the 11th. Our room was tidy, the views were incredible, and the oversized shower was fun. The arcade was big, clean, organized, and well staffed. Devon was a friendly, attentive server, and Emily made the best margaritas we've ever had. We also loved the staff from the front desk to the hostesses. Friday we had huge Volcano nachos and burgers, then wings and shrimp tacos on Saturday. Coffee on the 10th floor each morning was a nice touch.

Margaritaville is where we go to keep family ties strong. I come from Texas with my kids and their grandmother so they can stay connected to their roots and their father's side of the family. Even with the divorce, these visits are a highlight for us. The place feels fun and welcoming, and the kids love the games, which are regularly updated. You can check game charges at the kiosk or gift shop and get a quick refund if something's wrong. We enjoyed the Rodeo crowd's energy this time.

A couple of days of rest with my daughter was exactly what we wanted, and we weren't disappointed. The room had marvelous views, especially from the 22nd floor, and the food was delicious. We loved the crawfish dip and breakfast, and got to enjoy Johnny Slade's music too. Such a great weekend getaway.

We met up with family who were staying here over Christmas, and it feels like the place is going downhill. It's overpriced, and although my kids liked some arcade games, most were dirty and there wasn't anything for toddlers. The high-touch areas need more attention. At the restaurant with the volcano, we waited a ridiculous amount of time just to get drinks, even though it was nearly empty. Service was minimal, and the kids' macaroni and cheese looked like it came from a box. This may suit some people, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Everything else was great, but we didn't have enough towels in our room. When we asked for more, we were told the next batch wouldn't arrive until the following day. A hotel this large shouldn't run out of towels.
