The cocktail service is the one thing that keeps letting us down. My husband and I have been visiting Palace Casino for over 10 years. The phone reservation staff are always pleasant, as are the people at check-in. Rooms are spacious, fresh, clean, and have comfortable beds. We usually eat at Stacked Grill, where the food is fresh and delicious and the servers friendly. The buffet and Contact have also had fresh food and nice servers when we've gone. But the cocktail servers are terrible on our last several visits, whether day or night. We play in separate areas, and when a server comes by, they call out “cocktails” without looking to see who's trying to flag them down. They walk too quickly or look down at the tray. We've waited over 15 minutes, and more than once a server came back without the drink or never returned. We thought maybe it was a one-time thing, but other players have also said the service is the worst. The women who served drinks years ago were pleasant and remembered us by name, even when we came back months later. It'd be nice to have a bar where people could get their complimentary drinks, like at another local casino.

We took the family to The Palace recently, and everyone left happy and satisfied. The atmosphere was incredible, and the staff were amazing. The food was top notch, with care clearly going into what's served. My daughter was especially impressed by how her meal was presented. It's rare to see a child's dish get the same artistic attention as an adult's. Family friendly places often mean basic food, but here we didn't have to give up high-end food quality just because the kids were with us. If you want a great meal in a fun setting, this is the spot.

Don't come here to play. The card reader failed to count my points properly, and they wouldn't honor the half-off buffet they promised. If I'd lost $100, I should have earned at least one point for every $2. Even with an ATM receipt and proof they could check on camera, they said the card hadn't counted. All I wanted was the complimentary half-price buffet they were supposed to provide. They don't appreciate customers. This is 2026, and they have cameras.

We arrived late, so all the restaurants were closed and I can't rate them. Check-in was easy, though I'd suggest checking in online to avoid a line. The room was spacious, with a work desk and a separate seating area for two. Our king bed felt more like a California king. The rate was already reasonable, and they also offered a military discount. The whole resort is non-smoking, if that matters to you. A waitress at the casino told us the place is mostly where seniors hang out, while younger crowds go to the Golden Nugget or Beau R. I'd recommend the resort and plan to come back in warmer months.

The Palace makes a lot of effort to give guests a good stay, and after many visits I've never had a billing error. Check-in and checkout are easy, and there's free, plentiful parking with a tunnel to the large parking deck. Security staff are posted in key areas, and elevator access is controlled. The elevators run well even when the property is full and take you close to the second-floor gaming area. Everything works, including the ice makers, and maintenance clearly matters here. The rooms are comfortable, many with excellent views, and the whole property is clean, including the machines. They even close the gaming area for a long time each night for a deep clean. It's a non-smoking facility, including the slots and sportsbook, which sets it apart from other casinos. There's a spa and a popular, well-kept pool. Dining options are plentiful, the buffet is rated the best in the Biloxi area, and the sportsbook bar and restaurant serves generous burgers, pizza, and wings. Coffee and a couple of bottled waters are in the room.
