Set on a hill overlooking the grounds, The Inn on Biltmore Estates has a beautiful view. The design inside is warm and lovely, with handsome wood details, and the huge lobby fireplace makes you want to settle in. Our king deluxe room had plenty of space to read or work and was beautifully done. The bedding was very comfortable. I found the bed a bit firm, but my husband loved it. Staff were attentive and made sure we had what we needed.

For my 60th birthday, my husband put together a girls’ trip and flew in some of my favorite women from different states. He drove us to Asheville, stayed at the Village Hotel, and happily acted as our personal butler all weekend so we could have our own space and still enjoy the Biltmore amenities. The storm led to a change from our cottage booking to The Inn at Biltmore Estate, which turned out to be an amazing upgrade. The Inn was breathtaking, and Mark was such a standout: fun, attentive, and above and beyond. He even surprised us with a Biltmore puzzle. Debbie from concierge also brought us champagne, which was so thoughtful. We had a fire alarm evacuation the first night, though nothing was wrong. We ended up laughing with the firefighters and taking a photo. Later, when the storm meant we had to shelter in place, we came downstairs in our big white Biltmore robes and slippers. It had instant slumber party energy, and the staff enjoyed it too. The estate is beautiful, and the people there really care. This trip felt like magic. We bought a season pass and can’t wait to go back.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The views were breathtaking, the food incredible, and the handmade cross we bought from Steve the blacksmith is a wonderful keepsake. Seeing the spark in my husband’s eyes when he spotted it was priceless. We ate at Cedric’s and the Dining Room, and both were exceptional. At Cedric’s, the bar staff kept us laughing, and we appreciated their military appreciation. Allen and the chefs at the Dining Room filled our evening with pleasant surprises. We were there for our anniversary, and the staff made the whole visit. The valet gentlemen were patient and courteous while we figured out our first stay. Elizabeth welcomed us at check-in and made us feel at ease, and the champagne was a lovely start. Dale the bellman was kind and personable. Laura, our trolley driver, made getting around seamless. Gerri was such a phenomenal, attentive breakfast server that we asked for her every time. Joshua, our concierge, brought our trip vision together and went out of his way to make sure we had beautiful photos. Thanks to Debbie with concierge for the champagne, too. The people here are the real gems, and their care sets a high standard. It’s lovely to see a family owned business looking after its own while caring for guests. We’ll be back.

Kara gave me the best massage I’ve had in years. The room and atmosphere were lovely, and the whole experience was excellent. Her pressure was just right, and she made me feel comfortable. Massages are always expensive, but I see it as an investment in my mental health and don’t regret the cost. Already looking forward to going back.

Such a great stay. We loved the rooms, staff, and property, as well as the transportation to Biltmore Estate, the shops, winery, and farm. Dinner and brunch at the restaurant were both lovely, and the evening turndown service was a nice touch. We hope to come back for the Sunflower Festival before the flowers are harvested! 🌻
