I've been here almost two months, and it's been a good experience so far. Shanae, the leasing consultant, made move-in quick and easy, which I really appreciated. The rent is affordable and people are friendly. They also put on events for the whole building, which is a nice touch. I haven't had any major problems, and when a few little things came up, maintenance handled them fast, the very next morning. No complaints from me. I'd recommend living here.

I've enjoyed living at Tower on Tenth overall. Unless you own your home, you can probably find things to complain about wherever you live, but the staff here do what they can to make tenants feel welcome and happy. Shanea has made a real positive difference for me. She's always glad to see me, whether I'm dropping in to chat, ask for clarification, or bring up a complaint, and she handles it all professionally. The people working at a property can have a big or small effect on how it feels to live there, and she's been a positive one.

I lived here a long time, and it used to be one of the best places to live. They held parties and made the experience enjoyable. After some people left and new management came in, it feels like making money matters more than residents. They'd rather charge people, have them move out, and replace them than care about the living experience. The gate often doesn't work, and the side gates are broken. The pool table is awful and all the sticks are broken. They now charge for the coffee and hot chocolate machine, which used to be free, even if you don't use it. Parking costs have basically tripled, and they seem more focused on towing than fixing things. It's sad. Instead of addressing problems to improve residents' lives, they act selfishly and try to make more money. Don't live here. I hope they change things, or people take these reviews seriously and stop coming so the place has to shut down.

Update: I'm changing my earlier review to five stars after the current staff and management responded right away and got my refund issued in a timely way. I appreciate that they took time from busy schedules to sort it out. I believe this team will support residents' needs and make a serious effort to improve and update living conditions at Tower on Tenth. With them in place, I feel comfortable recommending the property. Thanks again for being kind and supportive. I'm truly grateful. I lived at Tower on Tenth from December 2022 to December 2025. At first, it was a lovely experience: management was kind and put on regular events with food. Over the years, management changed and so did the place. The floors weren't kept clean, and residents regularly left trash in the hallway, which I ended up carrying to the trash compartment myself. Roaches were on the walls and ceiling every day. I repeatedly asked for pest control and had to spray the walls daily myself. I moved out three days early in December 2025. My family and friends helped me clean the unit thoroughly, and it was spotless. The assistant manager at the time said I'd kept it clean and had done a great job at move-out. In December 2025 and January 2026, the manager told me it would take three months to get my deposit back. Management changed again, and the new manager said the computer showed the unit needed cleaning because I'd left it dirty. She said nothing could be done about the deposit since the previous manager was gone and couldn't resolve it. If you're considering Tower on Tenth, don't expect your deposit back when you move out. If I'd been treated fairly and received it, I wouldn't have written this. I hope this helps someone make a wise choice and find a home somewhere else.

The new staff are friendly and patient, and they try to get things right, but that doesn't erase my experience at Tower on Tenth Apartments from 2023-2025. My first year, in 2023, was pretty nice, and the staff were welcoming. After that I saw several property managers come and go, which felt like a major red flag. I kept having to go downstairs and correct overcharges. Packages were stolen multiple times, dog owners left messes in the elevator, and there was a mouse infestation even when you keep things clean. Residents didn't clean up properly, and staff left the lobby filthy for two days after events until Monday. Just think of all the critters getting in. The parking garage went from $85 to $100 to $125, while one gate stayed open for 24 hours. It took four months for my refund check to arrive. This was my first apartment and one of the worst places I've stayed. You could save money by living somewhere else.
