The community is peaceful, with considerate neighbors, and the property has a lot of charm. Flats on 4th is also conveniently close to UAB, restaurants, and entertainment. Maintenance has been prompt, professional, and dependable. Peyton, the community manager, is friendly, warm, and very helpful. She’s attentive and responsive, goes out of her way for residents, and works hard to resolve issues quickly.
I’ve had one of my best apartment experiences here. The staff are friendly and really helpful, the neighbors are respectful, and I’ve had pretty much no issues while living here.
I moved here from the 5 points south area a little over a year ago and just renewed my lease for another 15 months. It’s been a wonderful experience: a quiet, convenient location, great staff, and good neighbors. I don’t plan to move as long as I’m living in an apartment. 🥹
Railroad Park is an easy walk from here, and the rent includes gated parking. I’ve lived at Flats for 3 1/2 years and am moving soon, but it’s been a really good experience. The layouts have great living rooms, the neighbors are friendly, and Via in maintenance and Joe in management are always on top of things. Quiet and easy sums it up. 10/10, I’d recommend it.
I just signed on for another lease. The apartments are attractive and well maintained, and the neighbors are friendly. Downtown Birmingham can be quiet here much of the time, too. It’s a good affordable luxury option right in the middle of downtown. Highly recommend.
