Everyone was kind to me and treated my kids wonderfully during the few months I stayed here after my divorce began in 2023. I had been using Priceline because I thought it cost less, until the Manager offered to let me book directly with them. I also didn't know that after 30 days you're considered a tenant, like a rental, and get the sales tax refunded. And they serve the best bacon on M-W-F. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

We came from out of state for two nights because of a funeral. The hotel was very clean and well located, and management went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed during our stay. They were very accommodating. Highly recommend.

The room, bed, and staff were all fine for a one-night stay, and there weren't other issues. I hate leaving a bad review, but hope they address the problems. The floors were the main concern. I walked from the bathroom to the bed after showering and my feet felt icky. When I wiped them, the cloth came away black. The wood-type floors clearly hadn't been mopped, and that made the room feel unclean. Breakfast had the usual choices but was disappointing: chewy pancakes, watery eggs, and hard cinnamon rolls with little flavor. We barely ate, though Holiday Inn breakfast is usually a 10/10 for us. I'd stay again if I were in the area, but would bring extra socks or shoes and hope these things get fixed.

The location was really good for the outlet mall and Topgolf, and the rooms were clean. But after several hours on the road, we were ready to shower and sleep when we were told that parking anywhere other than the front meant moving the car before 6am or risking a tow. The hotel was packed and there was hardly any parking, so I was not happy to learn this on arrival. They should have notified booked guests beforehand. I was lucky to have another adult with me to help shuffle the cars, since I didn't want to get up at 6am to hunt for a space. On our second day I asked for four fresh towels and washcloths. They acted reluctant, and only gave them after I insisted. Easily my least favorite experience.
