Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Weston

CLEAN, NO SMELLS, QUIET. I stayed Wed-Fri for surgery at Cleveland Clinic, and the location worked great. The food menu in the lobby had tasty options for the price, and there was also a good grab-and-go selection. When I asked for extra towels and pillows, they brought them promptly. The beds were very, very firm and hard, and the $10 on-site parking fee was a downside. Still, for $180-200 a night, it was a great experience. I didn't use them, but the patio, pool area, and large lobby lounge looked nice.

Carolina checked us in for our first stay here, for a soccer tournament, and the hotel was clean. The people working there were amazing. Carolina takes real pride in helping guests, with kindness, patience, and professionalism. She speaks both English and Spanish clearly and confidently, and is especially attentive to guests dealing with illness or difficult situations. She was kind and empathetic with my boy, encouraging him for his game and making sure he felt understood, supported, and cared for. Warm, high-quality service is clearly more than just part of her job. The hotel is fortunate to have someone with her empathy, dedication, and commitment to service.

After long days at the fields during five nights of lacrosse, this Courtyard felt like a home base in the middle of a busy week. My son and I usually stay at Courtyard for travel games, but this one really stood out. Everyone we dealt with, from the front desk to housekeeping, was friendly and welcoming. Rosemary and Grace deserve a special mention. Their kindness and genuine care made our stay even better. Marriott is lucky to have them, and we'd absolutely stay here again.

I accidentally left my bags by the car, and employee Stephanie found them on her way in to work and put them in lost and found. Such amazing honesty and integrity, really appreciated. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and appealing, with classy rooms, comfy beds, and a clear TV. The shampoo and conditioner were yucky, though, and the bar of soap was too small. Still, a great stay overall.
