There’s a lot nearby, including restaurants and stores, a popular coffee shop and burger place right next door, and a fantastic Italian restaurant less than half a mile away. The indoor pool and gym are nice, and breakfast has something for everyone. I also loved being able to get fresh coffee from the bean to brew machines any time of day. The beds were comfortable, and the electric shades darkened the room well. I’d suggest having more than one washer and dryer.

Jiya went above and beyond with her customer service and made sure my stay went smoothly. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. The hotel was well maintained, clean, and comfortable, with spacious rooms, cozy beds, and a fresh, welcoming feel. My experience at Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Chester by IHG exceeded expectations. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Keisha made a stressful late arrival caused by the weather feel enjoyable. She was so nice, and the service was amazing. The TV had great advanced technology, and the pool was warm enough for me and my kids to enjoy without freezing. Breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The front desk representative at checkout was friendly and helpful too. I’d recommend staying here and plan to come back.

Around 6:30 a.m., kids in the hallway woke me and my two kids by playing loud music and talking right outside our room, so we couldn’t sleep in. The room phone didn’t work very well when I tried calling the front desk, and I had to use my mobile. Once I reached them, they handled the situation. The rooms were clean, the pool was great, and we liked most of the food, though the biscuits were cold and hard. Aside from that, we had a good stay.

The room had a nice shower and bath combo, and the complimentary breakfast was great. Both the hotel and room were super clean. Downtown West Chester is about a 10-minute drive away. I had a great one-night stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
