We stayed one night in room 20, and it was just right for what we needed. Surprisingly, it was quiet even though it's right beside the front door and check-in desk. The historic house has loads of charm and atmosphere, and everyone, from the staff to the other guests, was incredibly nice. Check-in was easy, and the email instructions were clear. I'll definitely stay here again and hope to enjoy more of the hotel's charm next time.

The little details made this place special for us, especially the tea set in the room and the cozy bed. We loved opening the windows to hear music and the town carrying on in the background. The water was hot for showers, too. There’s so much to look at in the common areas, from the lantern room to the opium bed and those wild pictures of baby dolls with cat heads. We love the nostalgic Victorian feel. This hotel will always be a treasure to my fiancé and me. We can’t wait to come back for our fifth stay. Room 23 is still my favorite 😍

We came to Bisbee for a girls’ trip after hearing so much about it, and the idea of staying in one of the state’s most haunted hotels was hard to resist. The rooms, staff, and service were all outstanding. Some employees told us about their ghostly experiences, and we even had an encounter ourselves. Mel was especially kind, friendly, and helpful. She talked with us about the hotel and her own experiences, and shared tips on things to see and places to eat. After we checked out, she found a piece of jewelry that had slipped out of my purse in the room. She called and mailed it back to me at her own expense. I was so impressed and grateful. We can’t wait to visit again soon. Thank you, Mel!

The downstairs lounge was quiet and inviting, with a kitchen for storing food and plenty of places to sit and relax. From the hotel you get a nice view of town, and everything is within walking distance, though you do have to walk up a hill to reach it. My room was small but worked perfectly well for one or two people. It felt cozy and well cared for, and there was a useful closet for storage. The place has that classic old Victorian Arizona look. The staff were incredibly friendly and had great recommendations. When I called to make a reservation, nobody picked up, but they called me back quickly and made booking easy.

Parking took a little planning. I wouldn’t try driving up to the hotel. The way down is harrowing, even for someone from a mountain town. I found the small alley by the brewery and parked in the little La More lot just before it, or you can use the public lot and move your car later. Pack light and carry your bags up by the alley or stairs. Once inside, our room was lovely, much more comfortable than we expected from an old, funky place, and impeccably clean. The mattress and pillows were wonderful, and we slept very well. We appreciated the room controlled a/c. The inn has so much charm and character, and the staff were great. We heard a little street noise from people passing, which is to be expected, and earplugs were available. We visited during a quiet weekday in the off-season, so the hotel itself was much quieter than we expected. There’s a fridge for food and drinks and what you need to heat leftovers. The restaurant suggestions helped, since finding food in Bisbee during the week can be hard. We’d happily stay at this sweet inn again.
