The location was convenient, and the price was reasonable, especially with the low pet fee and dog-friendly policy. My room was clean enough, though it felt dated, the carpet could use a deep clean, and both the room and hallway had a bit of a smell. The AC was inconsistent and the walls were thin. Breakfast was the usual continental kind. It was a pretty average stay, but I might come back.

I never stayed at the property, but the staff handled my booking mix-up kindly. I’d accidentally followed a third-party link from Google Maps for this hotel instead of the one I meant to book, and only noticed after arriving at the other property. That evening, staff told me by phone they’d refund me once they received the cancellation request I’d sent through the booking site. There was some confusion and the refund didn’t happen at first. In the morning I spoke with Dean, the hotel manager, who understood and processed it right away. Thanks very much for the kind service.

The breakfast was fresh, nicely laid out, and had a very good selection. The attendant and front desk staff were pleasant, and the facility was clean. My room was comfortable and clean too, apart from an object on the floor that I think was ibuprofen. The hotel is easy to reach just off the interstate. There’s no elevator, but the stairways are wide and well lit.

The front desk lady was kind and let me check in half an hour before 3. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was fine. I enjoyed my one night here and would definitely book again.
