The kids had an absolute blast at a birthday party here. The pool area was clean and felt very secure, with a hot tub, a small section for younger kids, and a gaming area. There’s also a bar and grill nearby, along with a smaller casino. 10/10 for everybody, and I can’t wait to bring the kids back for future events.

The location worked well for events at the convention center, and the price was cheap. Now I see why. The place is run down and unclean. We were there three days, and there weren’t enough towels, with none at all at the pool the whole time. Our dance team got terrible rashes after swimming. By the time we noticed how gross the water was and pulled them out, it was too late. There was also a loud domestic dispute in the room above us. When I told Margaret at the desk, she said she was too busy to do anything. It turned physical, and I said I’d call the police, but I didn’t know the room number. She still said she was too busy to handle it. Lovely.

My kids absolutely love the pool and all the waterslides. We had my daughter’s birthday party here, with lots of food from the kitchen. It was good and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly, and the front desk was caring. Bring your kids, they’ll love it. Brett Falk Local business owner

I like chicken, and Bismarck has lots of it. I also saw millions of little creatures running around, which I’ve learned are called children. Not a fan. I wanted to go down the waterslide, but they said I was over the weight limit. I’m only 567 pounds, so I don’t get these silly rules. The hot tub was going to be for swimming, of course, but there were animals everywhere and the water looked like pasta had been boiled in it. The fryer wasn’t close enough to the pool to flip and swim, you know. Anyway, I’ll be in the halls. Look right behind you.

The location was great, downtown across from the mall, and we were glad to have a restaurant next door where we could get a drink before bed. The rooms were large and basically fine, though a bit run down, with discoloration and chips in the bathtub. The kids swam until closing, and we tried to sneak away for one drink at the bar. A sign said it was open every day, but it was closed on Sunday. That was one more disappointment in a stay full of them. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t feel welcome. There were signs everywhere about pool parties, bringing drinks around, and charges for items taken from the room. It felt obnoxious and like we were being treated as criminals. We’re a family of five and got only five pool bracelets, so our nephew couldn’t swim and I had to break his heart. On a Sunday night, I saw only three people in the pool wearing bracelets out of all the people there. I worried our group would be accused of having a party, so we didn’t even bring our sodas in. The halls had cameras and more signs. We put $20 on a game card, but only one game in the whole area worked. The front desk couldn’t make change for a $10 when I tried to buy snacks. The rooms, location, and convenience were all overshadowed by the service and all those rules. It was the most expensive hotel in Bismarck and felt like a dumpster fire. I don’t think it’s really meant for travelers or families, maybe people between homes or something. We were there to visit family.
