Villas at Giants Ridge

The pool was a nice extra, and the rooms were phenomenal with lots of space. There was a little noise, but it didn't bother me.

Villa 122 felt like a luxury hotel, with brand-new, clean, beautifully finished furnishings and thoughtful details. There were hooks, outlets, and charging ports right where we needed them. The kitchen was more updated than mine at home and had everything we needed. My friends and I enjoyed the views, used the in-unit sauna and the hot tub in the main building, and jumped off the dock right in front of the unit. Hiking and biking trails were also within easy walking distance. I plan to come back during ski season, and I'd highly recommend asking for unit 122.

For a large family celebration, we booked two villas, and having room to gather or take a break worked out wonderfully. There was nearly everything we needed to cook and serve everyone, so we only brought food, drinks, and paper goods. The family enjoyed a day of skiing and tubing.

The beach and dock made this a great location, and the deck could use paint, though I didn't mind. The Villas gave us the cabin feel we wanted, like a cozy up-north home with a little country style. Check-in was easy and convenient, and Villa 104 was just right for us. The beds and couches were comfortable, and both bathrooms had shampoo. There were even little detergent packets for the small washer and dryer, along with plenty of fluffy extra towels, blankets, and pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed, though some nice wine glasses would be a good addition. We'll be back year after year!
