Breakfast was a real plus, with lots of choices, everything tasting good and staying hot. I also appreciated having plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I was in town for work and this hotel was right where I needed to be. The front desk woman who checked me in was so welcoming, even complimenting my beard. She said they were full and had been sending other guests to nearby hotels, so I’m glad I booked when I did. I’d happily stay here again on my next work trip, and recommend it to others. Thanks for the hospitality, and keep it up.

The staff scored 4.5 for me, and the hotel was pretty quiet, 4 for that. Cleanliness was a 4. Lighting gets a 3 since it took me a minute to find the master switch. TV and WiFi were both 3.5, breakfast was a 3. The bed only gets a 2, it squeaked a lot. There was a small freezer. I missed out on getting one of the water beds, but the hotel was nice overall. This is one of the few places I've stayed that WILL HONOR the clc 24 hour policy. WSA 218

The staff were all friendly and very helpful, and the front desk worked with us at check-in so we could change rooms because my friend had security concerns. The place was very quiet, and the bed itself was comfortable, with clean, warm bedding. The pillows were worn out, though. There were some problems in the room. The bathroom smelled like sewage, had no fan, and the towels were really rough. The tub wasn't slip-proof, and I nearly had an accident. Someone had left food in the microwave from a previous stay. Breakfast hours felt too short at two hours, they should be three. The coffee and variety were good, but the eggs tasted instant and the bagel tasted bad.

We got to check in early even though we arrived early, which was nice. The room was clean and quiet, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. No complaints.

Peter at the front desk made my stay at the Comfort Inn in Blackshear a lot more enjoyable. He was kind, respectful, and helpful, and took the time to listen when I needed to vent. He even offered me coffee early around breakfast, a thoughtful gesture. I've stayed at other hotels in the area, but haven't had anyone show that kind of care and attentiveness. Please take care of him! I'm grateful for the warm welcome and how comfortable he made me feel. Thank you, Peter.
