Sea Breeze Inn

The lovely rooms and views at the Sea Breeze always draw us back, and the staff make us feel at home with how welcoming they are. Breakfast delivered right to the door is phenomenal. They go above and beyond, and staying here never disappoints.

The setting is unbeatable, and everything from the decor to the lovely sheets makes this place a delight. The innkeepers and chef are friendly and professional. During our three-night stay, we kept laughing about the actual sea breeze. Whenever we think about staying somewhere else on Block Island, we realize we'd miss Sea Breeze. It's a beautiful gem.

I've been visiting The Sea Breeze since 1987, and it just keeps getting better. The gardens and pristine waterside location are spectacular, and at night the breeze through the windows is lovely. Breakfast arrives in a gorgeous picnic basket full of goodies, including local honey for tea. There's a little table outside where visitors are greeted, plus lemon water set out all day, beach towels, and books with dinner menus and activity ideas. Robyn and Andrea, thanks for making our stay so special. I also appreciated borrowing a bike helmet. Take care, and I hope to see you both next year!

We've stayed in the same room for several years, and it feels like home away from home for me and my two elementary-aged boys. The owner and staff are so welcoming and make us feel like family. Robyn is warm and delightful, always ready to help, and Reina, the cleaning lady, is sweet and works around your schedule. They've always been gracious about making adjustments for the boys, which I really appreciate. The room service breakfast is the best on the island, made from scratch, and such a treat. The French press coffee is perfect. After a beach day, the outdoor shower helps keep sand out of the room. The ocean and garden views are beautiful, and in the evenings we can hear the live entertainment from the Spring House at a very low, enjoyable level. Block Island and Sea Breeze Inn are special to all of us.
