Friendly front desk staff greeted us right away, and the well-lit parking lot helped everything feel safe. The room was clean and comfortable. I needed to work remotely on my computer and was happy with the internet speed. We didn’t stay for breakfast, but the experience was very good value for what we needed.

The room was filthy. The door wouldn’t close properly, so I had to barricade it to keep the deadbolt in place. The sheets hadn’t been changed, and there was dirt and makeup on the pillows. A hair tie covered in someone else’s hair sat on the nightstand, and there was pubic hair all over the bathroom and in the ice holder. Horrible. Don’t waste your money here, go elsewhere.

I was three hours early and asked if a room was ready. They offered a double instead of a king, which was fine, but then the manager charged me another $50 for a room that was already ready. It cost $83 including fees, so I feel completely ripped off. If there’s an early check-in fee, which I couldn’t find in the terms and conditions, it should be reasonable. The email receipt came five times and showed the original amount, not what I actually paid. It makes me wonder if the extra was pocketed. The room smelled terrible, maybe cigarettes, mold, or both. I didn’t complain because I was stuck and had a lot to do that day. I also wasn’t comfortable leaving my luggage behind the desk, so I put up with it. Such a disappointing stay.

I want to leave and never come back. This whole night was ruined. Lucy at the front desk called me the B word and nearly cancelled my booking. I don't think I'll get a refund, and I'm wondering if that's illegal. The room I had before was very nice, but the staff were still mean to me. Even the main guy was mean when I was just checking in. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. DaysInn should check on this location. I don't think these people should be working here or owning the place anymore. This is horrible for your company.
