I'd stay here again because we love being close to beaches, restaurants, and everything else. This is specifically about Suite 119: it was a good-sized room, not cramped like some we've had at Water St, and the room itself had been cleaned. But there was what looked like mud by the fridge, the rest of the floors were dirty, the bathroom grout was black, and the shower base looked dirty too. I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk when checking out, but she didn't seem to care, so I'm leaving a review. We hadn't said anything right after arrival because we didn't want staff coming into the room once our things were there. Also, there's an EXIT sign inside the room that shines all night. It should be removed.

The rooms were a decent size for the price, and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The location and value are perfect, especially for one night, so I'd probably stay again. But my wife and I both slept poorly on the extra-firm mattress with its flat pillows. The beds could really use an update.

I was pleasantly surprised by the clean, quiet building. My third-floor room had AC, a private bath, a small fridge and a microwave. Since the Surf Hotel closed, I've tried a few different places, and I think I've found my new yearly spot. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff were nice, but the poor sound insulation woke us at 7 am and marred our stay. A few carpets or other easy fixes could help.

Clean little place in the middle of town, within walking distance of everything nearby and directly across from the ferry in Old Harbor. The toiletries were nice, and the towels and sheets were good. The ocean view was beautiful, but the front street and bar downstairs were very noisy, and kids were jumping off the bed at 7 am. Otherwise,
