Breakfast is good, and I love the free Holiday Inn Express breakfast. The coffee is great too. My grandson’s favorite part was the pool with the frog slide, and I liked the hot tub. The room was great, with a wall thermostat that kept the temperature steady. I liked the walk-in shower and the bathroom was very good. There’s a cup by the coffee maker if you need to take medicine, not in the bathroom. The fridge had to be plugged in, and there were plenty of outlets, including USB plugs by the bed. It was winter and the windows are thin, so keep the shade closed to avoid a breeze. Ours wasn’t latched, and the easy-clean window that flips open was open about a quarter inch. I closed and latched it, but still felt a light breeze. The alarm clock, probably set by a previous guest, went off at 5 a.m. I kept hitting snooze, then had to turn it off.

The staff are friendly and everything was very clean. They have Dove products for guests, which I really appreciate. My skin is sensitive, so having that as a soap option is top notch to me.

Thanks so much for welcoming our group this weekend. The rooms were updated and clean, and everyone was welcoming. When we made a mistake, the desk attendant was very helpful in sorting it out.

We were very happy with our king suite. The bedroom door closes off a separate space, which was great. Everything was clean, breakfast was well stocked, and the staff were super friendly.

The room was clean and modern, and the hotel seems to have been updated fairly recently. The stairway was a bit cold during my winter stay, but I’m not choosing a hotel based on its stairway.
