For a work trip, I'd recommend this hotel and would come back. Its location near activities, stores, and malls is a clear plus. The attached restaurants, pool, fitness center, and breakfast were all nice to have. The room carpets were stained and spotted, though, and the rooms weren't the cleanest. I definitely didn't want to walk around without socks or shoes.

The main draw at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson is how conveniently it's located near the Mall of America and other nearby attractions. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. My room was clean and comfortable, though dated and in need of updates. Breakfast had a decent range of basic choices, but nothing memorable. It's a solid, average stay for the price and location, without anything that really stands out.

We had a great time here for our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel was very nice and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. I forgot the adapter for a plug, and they let me borrow one of theirs. Russ was the guy who helped, and he was wonderful.

Breakfast was great, and the front desk staff were friendly and attentive. Eren deserves a special shout-out for her amazing customer service. The microwave wasn't working properly, but maintenance brought us a replacement right away. When the cold weather left my car unable to start at checkout, a maintenance worker jump-started it for me. I didn't get his name, but I was very thankful. We'll definitely stay here again on another MOA trip.

The walk to the mall was easy, and we were outside for less than two minutes, even in -2 degree weather. My family bundled up, and the bridge was heated. We thought we'd have to drive over. Pierre also explained that Fridays was connected on the other side and we could get there with our key card, so we really didn't need to leave the hotel for much. The place was clean and breakfast was good. Pierre was attentive, and this hotel deserves 10 stars. Give him a raise. We'll be back!
