I really liked the digital check-in and key. I had just 20 min between arriving and getting to a meeting, so it was great to go straight to my room without stopping at the desk. I also liked not having to keep track of a key and just using the app on my phone. I'd been here many times for conferences, but this was my first stay. The rooms are large and very clean, and the property is well maintained. The staff are kind and helpful. I didn't realize breakfast was available the first day and thought it was just a restaurant. The next day I went and found lots of options.

We had a lovely stay in penthouse suite room 501. It had everything, including a fireplace, and the room was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing, the staff were accommodating, and we got a warm cookie at check-in, a really nice touch. We didn't explore the hotel much, but I noticed a few hidden gems while checking out. When we arrived, the door to our room was open, and it was hard to tell whether it had been cleaned. After I wiped everything down, we had a pretty nice stay. I'll definitely come back, and hopefully next time the maid service will have made it to the room before check-in.

The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel, and the amenities were fantastic. The rooms were clean too. I'd highly recommend staying here next time you're in the area.

We hosted a weeklong conference here, and the staff were amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate speakers' last-minute needs, and they handled special diets with care. The food was amazing. Staff from other departments pitched in even when it wasn't their job. I've worked with many venues, and this is one of the best event venues and hotels to work with. Thank you!

I'm pretty critical of hotels I've stayed at for work and personal trips, but this one is now in my top 10 stays. The staff were friendly and helpful, the grounds were clean and well kept, and the room was immaculate and spacious. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. The on-site restaurant was good. I'd definitely stay again if I'm in the area.
