Rebecca at the front desk made check-in easy and stress-free. She welcomed us warmly, answered all our questions patiently, and made sure we were comfortable. Sue, the bartender downstairs, was exceptionally friendly and had a wide range of cocktails, which made for a great experience. The hotel is in a great location, and the front desk team was helpful at check-in. Our room was clean and updated, with a modern feel and a really comfortable bed. Everything was better than expected, and I'd definitely stay again.

Tiffany was very pleasant, and the other front desk representatives have provided great service. But this morning, Sharlea was loud and rude, with terrible customer service. I love this hotel and have been staying here while my family and I look for a house after relocating. It's been a hard year because of a death in the family. You never know why someone is traveling, whether it's a loss or a heavy work schedule, and a hotel stay should offer some peace. Instead, Sharlea's behavior felt unprofessional and chaotic. The coffee station is usually tidy with hot coffee, but while she was working it was dirty and there was no hot coffee, even in the cold weather. I want to give five stars across the board, but this experience was ridiculous. If I could give Sharlea zero stars, I would. She needs a new job. I'll be sending my concerns to corporate.

On my second stay here, the staff and room were both great, and housekeeping even came while we were at the mall. My only disappointment was finding out the hot tub had been removed since my last visit. I booked through Expedia because it listed a hot tub, but there wasn't one. Everything else was fine, just bummed about that.
