We had a great girls trip to the MOA. The room was spacious, and the service was terrific from the front desk through the shuttle drivers. Sue was friendly and accommodating with our group. The mall is directly across the street and walkable, with a sky bridge or indoor tunnel for getting over there in cold weather. There are also several restaurants nearby within walking distance. We'd definitely stay here again.

The Premium King room was quiet, comfortable, and very nice, with complimentary snacks and drinks. My only complaints about that room are the awful view and the couch, which could use accent pillows. Food options and the MOA are both an easy walk away. Breakfast was a real treat, and the attendant was very polite. The front desk woman was outstanding, and the whole staff were professional, friendly, and did everything they could to get me to the airport on short notice. I wish I'd had cash to tip the great shuttle driver. Great experience, and I'll stay again.

The rooms were clean, well arranged, and had plenty of amenities for a comfortable longer stay. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and offered a nice range of choices. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help, and the manager was especially wonderful to deal with. The hallway carpet could use an update, though I was told renovations are planned soon. The current layout works well already, and the improvements should make it better. I had a very positive stay.

Sue gave us such a warm welcome at check-in and arranged both our airport pickup and drop-off. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and breakfast was fantastic, with lots of options that were kept stocked. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. We stayed one night before heading home from Minnesota, choosing the property to be close to the airport and Mall Of America. We'd choose it again when visiting family in MN.

The Wednesday night social, with dinner and cocktails, was a nice extra, and breakfast each morning had plenty of good choices. After a long day of shopping or sightseeing, it was easy to relax here. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to make the place feel like home. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. It's an easy recommendation for a trip to the Mall of America, the State Capitol, or a football game. I'll stay here again next time I'm in town.
