The rooms were fine and clean, and Cory at the front desk was very polite. He said he’d make sure the description got corrected. The listing on Google and the website said a tub or shower, but there isn’t a bathtub in any room. I needed one for medical reasons, and only found out on arrival. The cancellation policy meant I couldn’t cancel.

The rooms are very clean, though they could be a little bigger, especially since some people live in them. Still, I gave them five stars.

Nothing fancy, but it wasn’t badly priced either. The beds in our room were worn, and both the bathroom and shower were really small. It’s definitely past due for an update.

The parking lot had potholes everywhere and felt unsafe to drive through, especially at night. The entrances didn’t feel secure either. Dogs barked loudly through the night, and long-term guests sat on milk crates by the doors smoking weed, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The doors weren’t locked at night, leaving the whole building open to the public. The rest of the property was noticeably dirty. Mold was visible in the shower, the pillows smelled like old sweat and were flat and uncomfortable, and the TV wouldn’t load the input, so it was useless. Breakfast was a disappointment too, with only coffee and oatmeal available and everything else out of stock. That’s not the basic continental breakfast advertised. When we arrived, our first room smelled strongly of smoke despite supposedly being non-smoking, so we had to ask for another room right away. That was an inconvenience, but the problems kept piling up. The stay failed even basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, and safety. Given all these issues and how much they affected our experience, I believe a partial or full refund is warranted. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this. I hope you address the problems so future guests don’t have the same experience. I look forward to your prompt response.
