No fuss, clean, and a good pick for a night or two. It's not fancy, and it doesn't need to be. The rooms are spacious, clean, and reasonably priced, breakfast is free and good, and the staff are friendly. This is a 5. I'll keep choosing it when I'm in the area.

I've stayed here before and had a great visit, and I'd come back, just not to room 301. There was no hot water for my morning shower. Screws on the door latch caught against the door, so I had to pull or push it by hand for the lock to engage. The phone's message light blinked all day and night and I couldn't switch it off. I reported these things in the morning, and the desk clerk said I could move later while I was out for the day. When I returned late, the night clerk couldn't find a note or complaint. With an early flight, I just wanted to sleep instead of sorting out a room change.

We appreciated how quiet the room stayed through the night, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and parking was fine. Unfortunately, the pool was freezing, so we couldn't spend as much time in it as we'd hoped.

We’re IHG Diamond Elite members and have stayed at plenty of properties, including this one years ago. We won't be back. Nothing was completely wrong, but nothing felt right either. The shower was kind of dirty, and the HVAC window unit didn't cool properly. I set it to 64, yet the room stayed much warmer and it kept waking me. This place needs remodeling and maintenance. The pool was closed, upsetting my 8 year old, since swimming was one of the main reasons we came. The pancake machine and oatmeal cooker were both broken. It just feels like they stopped caring.
