Courtyard Cincinnati Blue Ash

It was clean, and the staff were mostly nice and helpful, but the rooms show some wear. They also feel dark unless the curtains are open, and the ground-floor layout can get noisy. I travel for longer stretches and like to have at least a microwave in the room. The miniature setup only works for keeping a few drinks. I stay here when other hotels are booked or cost quite a bit more. For a short visit to the area, it could be a reasonable option.

The hotel itself was great, but we were charged an extra $100 non-refundable fee for carpet shampooing after our potty-trained dog stayed one night. There was also a separate $20 refundable charge if there were no messes. It’s advertised as pet friendly, but bringing our pet made the one-night stay cost twice as much.

A perfectly fine place for an overnight business stay. The room was clean and the water pressure was good. The TV was small, and casting options over the internet were limited. The hallways looked well worn, but smelled nice.

I was here for work and was impressed with the service. Dorian at the front desk was amazing, and helped us get what we needed so kindly and willingly. There was another woman at the desk whose name I wish I could remember. She was kind and helpful too.
