We're staying here for the third or fourth time now, when we visit our friend in the area. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and really nice, and the staff are consistently friendly. This time we have a different room with a different layout and decor. We like it a lot, though we do miss having a coffee table. We love having two couches. On our first visit, I asked to see a room and was surprised by how nice it was. For $129.00 they offered us a very clean, attractive one-bedroom with a separate kitchen and living room. It was large, almost like an apartment, with an outdoors theme, a full-size refrigerator, and even a nice coffee maker. Everything worked great, and I felt safe and comfortable. We were very happy with that one-night stay, and we highly recommend the place.

After a 15-hour drive, I got three peaceful nights of sleep here. It was extremely clean and very quiet, and the owner/manager was hospitable and happy to help with any needs. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend it.

The room smelled like cockroach aerosol when we walked in. The pool was closed, some light bulbs didn't work, and the walls were bright lime green. Breakfast was cold gas station muffins? A $39 room for $104???????

The room was clean and comfortable, a good place to recover after a long day riding. I spent three nights at the Douglas Inn on my bikepacking trip, and the owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'd highly recommend it to anyone passing through Blue Ridge!

I was struck by how clean this lovely inn was as soon as I came in. I was on a little vacation in Blue Ridge, Georgia, and stayed in room 110. The shower had very warm water, and they provided shower caps, which most places don't. It was quiet and close to lots of places. I'll definitely stay again if I pass through town.
