Hampton Inn Blue Ridge, Ga

For our destination wedding, friends and family came from all over, and choosing the Hampton Inn was the right call. Kim was wonderful from start to finish, handling the room bookings and making sure each one was ready for our guests. We also reserved the bar/restaurant, where the food was fantastic and the staff made everyone feel comfortable and well looked after. The service across our five-day stay was more than we could have asked for. Downtown Blue Ridge was a perfect location, with plenty for our guests to see and do. We can't say enough about the experience and highly recommend this Hampton Inn for a special event or a stay. The Fosnows

We were disappointed by how check-in went. My husband and I arrived around 6:30pm-7:00pm, after a woman who was checking in was told about breakfast hours, complimentary water, the in-house rooftop restaurant, and local attractions. When it was our turn, the clerk was rude and didn't offer the same information or welcoming reception. We mentioned it to him later, after taking our bags to the room. The next morning we met a different front desk clerk who was friendly, courteous, and helpful. He smiled, asked what we liked to do and why we were visiting Blue Ridge, and suggested things to do in this small, beautiful town. The breakfast staff were friendly and cheerful too. Do you offer customer service training to all employees who interact with the public? My husband and I are Hilton Honors members and stay at Hilton hotels on vacations throughout the year. This was the first time we'd encountered something like this, and it was disappointing.

The rooftop bar was a highlight, and the bartenders made New Year’s Eve such a fun night. I only caught Tammy’s name, but all three women behind the bar were great. Our stay was quiet, very clean, and in a perfect spot. We’d happily come back.

Steven made check-in easy and took great care of my friend and me. He was friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved having a rooftop restaurant with a view of the area. This Hampton Inn was such a pleasant surprise. The little nook was clean, roomy, stocked with snacks and small travel items, and smelled fresh. That area is often neglected at Hampton Inns and some Hilton brands. This is one of the nicest Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at in a long time, and I’ll return the next time I’m in Blue Ridge.
