As a solo traveler looking for a cheap stay, I found it acceptable, and the front desk woman was very polite with five-star customer service. It was quiet, and the pillows and beds were okay, though the comforter felt more like a sheet. The room had a microwave but no fridge or trash cans. The TV had no signal and no remote, and there was hardly any hot water. Cleanliness was somewhere in the middle, not terrible but not great. If I'd brought my family, I would've left right away.

My wife and I have been here for a few months now, and we're very pleased. Manager Joy greeted us when we first moved in, and she's been friendly and professional ever since. Our room was clean and sanitized with bleach. Some residents try to get extra towels every week and toilet paper every day. It's an extended stay setup, so you bring your own belongings and they handle maintenance. Thanks, Joy.

Our child's feet turned black from walking on the dirty, sticky floors. The towels were stained and gross, the furniture was ripped, and we found a needle cap under the bed. The room smelled awful, and we were uncomfortable the whole time. I'll never stay at another economy hotel.

Everyone on staff has been kind and attentive, from the room attendant who checks whether I need anything to Leslie, who came out at 2 a.m. when a breaker blew because she didn't want us to be without power for even a minute. As a single parent, that kind of care for families really warms my heart. The room was clean and welcoming, the price is reasonable, and I haven't seen roaches, which can be hard to avoid in the tri-city area of Blue Springs, Independence, and Kansas City. I love how dedicated everyone is and would recommend it to anyone.

The room is bigger than average, and the service has been wonderful. Joy at the front desk is easy to communicate with. The hotel is close to I 70, with a gas station nearby.
