The room’s strongest points were safety, service, and value compared with other hotels. The location is good, with easy access to I-70, and the shower had good pressure and hot water. Staff were friendly when we spoke, and breakfast was included until 10 a.m. The smell was the biggest letdown. There was a pungent odor, apparently from disinfectant, that got into clothes, hats, bags, and gifts. Two days after checkout, even after trying to remove it, some items still smelled. The carpet also felt sticky, though I couldn’t tell why, and I didn’t feel comfortable taking off my shoes except in bed. The mirror sink had low water pressure, and some TV channels were static-filled or didn’t work despite being listed. The rooms seem dated and could use upgrades. If you can get past the smell and those issues, it may work for you.

The desk staff were friendly, and breakfast was quite good. Our room mostly seemed clean and got the job done, though it was the smallest one we’ve ever stayed in. We’d booked a queen, but the bed felt more like a full. The bedspread cover had a visible paint-like stain, and I found it odd that the motel hadn’t replaced it.

Quality Inn, thank you for an absolutely great room at an awesome price. It was very clean and comfortable, with fresh sheets, hot water, good climate control, and a nice bathroom. There was no cigarette smell at all. The room also had a microwave, a coffee maker with coffee, tea, and sweetener, a fridge, enough free TV channels, and even a hair dryer.

Mark and the rest of the staff were fantastic, and the service was terrific when they hosted our softball team on two of the last three weekends. We had a great stay and plan to return for the next tournament. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable.

We’d stay again. It’s a great value, with very comfortable beds and four plump pillows on each. Mark at the front desk was friendly, and breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, and more. There are lots of restaurants nearby.
