After more than 70 hotel nights along the eastern seaboard last year, this was easily my favorite. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and breakfast had great options. Front desk staff were as sweet and helpful as could be. I've never had a hotel call after check-in just to ask if everything met my standards. Thanks to Chrystal and the staff for a wonderful stay. I'd give more than five stars if I could.

I've been here a month, and the whole team, from the manager and hosts to housekeeping, has made sure I'm comfortable and has checked if I need anything. I've even made a few friends here. They never rolled their eyes when I kept coming to the desk for a key after locking it in my room, which happened at least every other day. If you're in the Bluefield area, you can call this place home.

The rates were consistently about $20 lower than several nearby Airbnbs I compared it with. The hotel is clean, has easy parking, and feels safe. It's close to the Bluefield area, and a great place to stay in town. Definitely recommend it.

Bedbugs in Room 108 on 11/23/2025. I checked the beds before lying down, but about two hours later my leg started itching. Looking closer, I found several in my bed, though none in the second bed. The service was nice and the location is great, but be warned, they have a bedbug problem. I'd seen a few other reviews mentioning it and assumed a hotel this nice would have dealt with it within 2-6 months. I was wrong.

Jordan was a wonderful host and the service was great. They gave us complimentary water and popcorn, and the rooms were clean.
