The lobby looks freshly done, but it felt like a trap once we got past it. The hall carpets were stained black and smelled like dog urine, and the room was filthy. Dust and dirt covered the stands and dresser, the microwave was melted on both sides, and the mini fridge was full of gnats and bugs. The towels had yellow stains and smelled strongly of body odor. The window was broken and patched with scotch tape. The toilet felt like it might fall through the floor, and the bathtub felt like it was breaking through underneath. The phone didn't work, and the ice machines were out of order. We asked for housekeeping, but the room was never touched, so we had to buy our own bed linens and towels at Walmart. Breakfast wasn't pleasant either. An older woman watched everyone like a prison guard, and if you tried to take an extra milk back to your room, she'd scold you like a schoolchild. The vending machine only took cash, and the pop machine kept our money. When I called the front desk, the girl said the manager was away for the weekend and she could text her, but there was nothing they could do. Absolutely the worst place. Don't waste your time or money.

The lobby can give the wrong impression. The rooms are dated, and there's no elevator. At 4 am I went down for shampoo because there wasn't any in the shower. I rang the desk bell several times and then sat by the fireplace. Thankfully, an employee coming out to set up breakfast got shampoo for me and told the night manager I needed help. I was hoping for a hot soak, but the tub wouldn't hold water and the water wasn't even lukewarm. I've been a Choice Hotel member for several years, and I'm getting more and more disappointed with the quality at Quality Inn. No high standards, no pride.

Breakfast was pretty bare, just cereal. The waffle batter machine wasn't working properly, and the coffee ran out fast. The hotel is clean, but old, and has clearly seen better days.

The staff were nice, and the hotel itself was okay. I was disappointed by the exercise room because the bike didn't work. When I told the staff, they said they already knew, but couldn't say when it would be fixed. Breakfast was lacking too, with no OJ and waffles as the only warm option.

I'm not sure whether we got a bad room because we used points or whether they're all like that, but ours wasn't great. Both rooms had water damage on the ceiling, there were bugs in the light fixtures, the towels were stained, and the shower stall had mold. Breakfast wasn't attractive either. This hotel needs an overhaul.
