We only visited for dinner a couple of times; our kids were the ones staying here. The worst issue was the water. It smelled like rotten eggs, had a lot of sulfur, and left the toilets and showers orange. The kids had a hard time getting a decent shower. I don’t understand why they don’t do more to reduce the sulfur, at least somewhat. The hot tub was also dirty, as other people have mentioned. They did call about it, and someone came to clean and refill it, which was good. The beds were very hard, the furniture was dated, and the fire pit was broken. I had to bend its legs back just to use it. Like most cabins in TN, it wasn’t great. My wife and I have given up on TN cabins because they’re so often in poor condition. For what a week costs, these places should be pristine, but they aren’t. We bring our RV now, and it’s so much better.
