The staff's compassion during an unexpected health issue I developed while staying there is what I'll remember most. They personally followed up, shared their own phone numbers to check in, and offered prayers and heartfelt concern. My wife and I were deeply moved and won't forget it. The welcome was lovely from the start. The lobby was inviting and beautifully furnished, and Shelby and Josie were genuinely kind, attentive, and professional when we checked in. Breakfast was thoughtful and delicious, with sausage biscuits, fruit, yogurt, granola, and more. Old Town Bluffton Inn is a beautiful place run by people who truly care. We're very grateful and recommend it highly.

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay for a wedding weekend, and we didn't want to leave. The rooms were nicely appointed, and the Inn itself is charming, lovely, and cool. The team at OTBI were wonderful, with real southern hospitality and charm. I'd recommend it 10/10.

The owners and staff were friendly, approachable, and very helpful. We also liked that lots of restaurants and boutiques are within walking distance. Breakfast came with delicious homemade treats alongside the usual options. We've stayed at some really nice inns, but Old Town Bluffton Inn may be the best. Everything felt high end and well done, from the roomy, quiet, comfortable rooms to the welcoming commons area.

The owners are personable and take time to make you feel at home, and all the staff are lovely. I love the unbelievable interior and art selection. This is the most charming place to stay in Bluffton, right downtown and an easy walk to local restaurants and sights. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Bluffton.

The breakfast had a real southern feel, with a perfectly baked biscuit, homemade sausage ball, and lots of other home-baked options. We also had fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies waiting when we arrived. The innkeepers we met were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. We met the owner Danielle too, who took time out of her busy day to chat. At The Old Town Bluffton Inn, every corner seems to show how much thought went into the place, from the beautifully decorated living room to the magnificent bar and the rooms. It felt full of southern hospitality and charm. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back! Sheila and Dave
