Fairview Suites

We came to visit my dad, but the owner kept bothering my husband and me the whole time. She tried to come into our room twice, kept asking each day when we were leaving, and basically pushed us out even though we had the room until Saturday. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the hotel sites. She was rude and refused to refund us. They advertise free WiFi, but there was no code in the room or on the key card. When we asked, she ignored us. I should have read the reviews before coming here. The nice young cleaning lady was so sweet and deserves a much better paid job. Don’t stay here. There are much better places for only a little more.

I stayed here 12/06/2022. The card reader wasn’t working, so paying cash was the only way I could get a room. It cost almost 80.00, with no refunds allowed. The room was disgusting and filthy, with stained, dirty carpet and furniture. The couch sagged at least 6 inchs in the middle. There were only two towels, two hand towels, two wash cloths, and 1/2 roll of TP. With no phone in the room, I had to go to the front desk for supplies. I also asked when coffee would be served since there were no coffee pots in the room. He said they don’t offer coffee. It was an uncomfortable, dirty stay.

The lady who checked me in was nice, but everyone here seems afraid of dogs. This is definitely a drug motel, and definitely not worth 80 bucks. I’m sure it has bed bugs. Be warned: bag everything you own in plastic and use the laundromat next door.

The second room was a bit better, but it still needed a lot of updating and had no smoke alarm that I could find. In the first room, the bed was broken, the shower curtain had holes, and the couch looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Neither room felt properly clean.
