The room and bathroom were both very dirty, and the mini fridge was so gross we couldn’t use it. Twice, once during my husband’s shower at night and again when I showered in the morning, a cockroach crawled in the shower. We could hear the neighbors’ TV clearly through the thin walls, even though it didn’t seem especially loud, and their smoking smell came into our room all evening and into the middle of the night. The people next door seemed like they might be full-time tenants, with belongings on the sidewalk under a blanket. Our phone reservation was changed 20 minutes later because the room wasn’t available, so we had to accept different beds. We’ll never stay somewhere like this again. There should be a way to get a refund when a room has this many problems. Corporate should be embarrassed.
10/10
The room was okay and did the job, though breakfast was small and minimal. The location was great, and the hospitality was a big plus. Mr. Patel and Ms. Jackie were stellar, helping us out once they understood our situation. I never saw any roaches, despite what others have said. Days Inn would be my choice if I’m back in the area for a couple of days. Great price and a light continental breakfast.

The front desk guy was friendly, and the housekeeping staff were nice too. Still, the facility was dirty, and they had gallon paint cans propping up the air-condition unit. Stay away.
10/10
Everyone was helpful with our needs and gave us tips on local attractions and where to find things. The owner was friendly and personable, and the staff clearly knew how to treat guests. Our room was excellent, as was the service. The location was also convenient, close to the main highway and a range of businesses in an area that seems to be developing.
2/10
Days Inn “support” has started ignoring my emails instead of forwarding them to supervisors. The accommodations were absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here!
